Welcome to a Flexible Payment Plan?
In response to requests from some of our attendees, we’ve introduced alternative payment options to make the experience more wallet-friendly.
You can now reserve your seat for the STC Santorini April 22 – 27, 2026 workshop and seminar with a $1,000 deposit, and pay the remaining balance in monthly installments (or as otherwise agreed).
No photography learning experience should be put on hold due to financial limitations.
Refunds & Cancellations
Enrollment is limited, so your commitment is important to us. If you need to withdraw from a seminar, our refund policy is as follows:
- A $75 administrative fee applies to all cancellations.
- If you cancel 120 days or more before the workshop start date, 50% of the total workshop fee will be retained, unless we are able to fill your spot.
- If you cancel 60 days or less before the seminar start date, 100% of the workshop fee will be retained, unless we are able to fill your spot.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- No refunds or exceptions will be granted once the symposium has begun.
Disclaimer:
The organizers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the seminar due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to war, armed conflict, terrorism, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health events, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, the organizers shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or expenses incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related arrangements.
Please note that seminar tickets are non-refundable. If the seminar is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets may be transferred to the new date.
Attendees are solely responsible for their own travel arrangements and any associated risks, including cancellations or disruptions due to geopolitical events, airline interruptions, or government advisories.
