Following some of our attendees’ requests, we decided to provide alternative forms of payment to be more “wallet-friendly.” Send us an email, and we will work with you on different options, or click the “Deposit” icon below for your partial payment.

- *Attendee rooms are shared, two participants per room. Private rooms are available upon request for an extra fee and availability.
Refunds & Cancellations
Enrollment is limited, so your commitment is important to us. If you need to withdraw from a seminar, our refund policy is as follows:
- A $75 administrative fee applies to all cancellations.
- If you cancel 120 days or more before the workshop start date, 50% of the total workshop fee will be retained, unless we are able to fill your spot.
- If you cancel 60 days or less before the seminar start date, 100% of the workshop fee will be retained, unless we are able to fill your spot.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- No refunds or exceptions will be granted once the symposium has begun.
Disclaimer:
The organizers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the seminar due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to war, armed conflict, terrorism, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health events, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, the organizers shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or expenses incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related arrangements.
Please note that seminar tickets are non-refundable. If the seminar is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets may be transferred to the new date.
Attendees are solely responsible for their own travel arrangements and any associated risks, including cancellations or disruptions due to geopolitical events, airline interruptions, or government advisories.
