Popularity Check
Shoot The Centerfold’s website popularity has gone up. And how do we know this? It’s because an Indonesian hacker group who only targets popular websites paid a visit and was able to knock our site down for period of five hours last Sunday, and even added their own cute wallpaper instead ours. (They do need little help with their visuals, however.)
Despite the inconvenience, it’s really cool to know that we are this popular in Indonesia as well. Perhaps we should host a seminar there and invite our admirer to speak as an IP tech or something because the hack was apparently quite skilled and advanced.
This comes as no surprise to us. As they say, “Great minds think alike” – or perhaps it was just a cry for attention.
Nevertheless, we take pride in our hard work and, as a gesture of mutual respect, we say, “Do not hack our site again.” We hope to make future friends in Indonesia and after numerous calls to Scotland Yard and Bruce Willis (who didn’t want to hear about our hacking problem), we have decided to forgive you for disrupting our website.
