Sexy Irina Suzana has been grabbing the attention of photographers and publications for the past three years. And this comes as no surprise. Her sultry looks, killer body, and easy-going personality are the formula for success for any photographer. We are happy to announce that this European bombshell is the tenth model we’ve added to our March seminar. Irina has a versatile look that can work for glamour, editorial, and commercial pictorials. She kindly took a few minutes out of her busy schedule to open up about herself and just proved that she was the perfect choice to round out our Perfect Ten.

 

Interview

STC: Hi Irina. Please tell us a little about yourself.

Irina: I think I am a very humble person and initially can be somewhat shy. But once you get me going, I will outrun you with endless energy. I’m half Swiss and half Croatian (former Yugoslavia) and have dual citizenship in those countries.  I love modeling, traveling and doing all sorts of girly stuff. I’m healthy, sane, sexy, wild, and want to have it all.

STC: Where have we seen you?

Irina: Optrel, Daniela Katzenberg spot, art, Afrojack video, Makkaya jewelry, some CD covers. I also shot a feature for Ocean Drive Magazine and a non-nude pictorial in Playboy Italy. Also, I’ve been in some Italian gossip and fashion magazines.

STC: Which physical feature of yours gets the most compliments?

Irina: Lips and eyes for sure. But my figure does get applause too.

STC: How long have you been modeling?

Irina: 3 years. I started late.

STC: Do you have a favorite behind-the-scenes story from a photo shoot?

Irina: It was in the Dominican Republic, Punta Cana. I posed in an old fishing boat. I was in a bikini and realized too late that I was siting and posing in fish scales. I smelled like an old fish for three days! No perfumes helped. It was such a fishy deal [laughs].

STC: What would you say are your greatest accomplishments in your modeling career thus far?

Irina: I think that has to be the Italian publications. They have shown the most love so far.

STC: You seem very popular as a glam-model. Are there other modeling fields that you like as well?

Irina: I love artistic photography and TV work.

STC: Aside from modeling, what are you focusing on?

Irina: I studied Economics to add brains to my future.

STC: You are what lots of us call sultry. They say that blondes have more fun. What do you think?

Irina: My personality is different than my looks make it appear. I don’t really think that I look sultry and sexy.

STC: When do you feel sexiest?

Irina: When I wear high heels for sure. They should be worn in bed too [winks].

STC: What’s one thing you think all photographers/men should know?

Irina: The right light, good chemistry and have chocolate. You should always have chocolate. Bring me some for the seminar [laughs].

STC: Do you possess the skills that kill or looks that kill, or perhaps both?

Irina: Only looks that kill. I never would do something bad to someone. Well, perhaps something loving and I kill you with tenderness.

STC: How do we win your heart?

Irina: Fly me to a beautiful beach and have a burger there with me.

STC: Facebook or Instagram?

Irina: Only Instagram. I use nothing else.

STC: What would your fans be surprised to know about you?

Irina: Hmm, I have many secrets but one of them is that my favorite restaurant is McDonald’s and I’m lovin’ it.

STC: Guilty pleasure?

Irina: Coffee! But it has to be a good one!

STC: What do people see in you first, your outstanding personality or your favorite body part? Which is it?

Irina: I always hear that they first see my lips and then my uncomplicated personality. I like my hands and eyes (they make me feel and see) and I’ve been told that my body looks great too.

STC: Favorite place to travel to?

Irina: Sardinia and Ibiza. But I am open for suggestions.

STC: What are the most common misconceptions about models?

Irina: That they all look beautiful when they don’t.

STC: You meet a lot of photographers who must be constantly bombarding you to shoot with them. Give us some best and worst pickup lines for future reference for those who wish to approach you.

Irina: Too many to mention but think with your brain instead your lower half! Photographers may be male oriented, but they don’t have to act like idiots. If somebody wants to photograph me, I’m there for you. Just make sure to treat the shoot professionally. If you want to date me, just say so! But don’t get your hopes up too high!

STC: It has been said that “My body is my temple, my soul is not for sale, and my beauty is borrowed time.” What does this mean?

Irina: It means that you are not your own and that you should life this live wisely.

STC: You often refer to yourself as a petite model. Do you think that affects your career in a negative or positive way?

Irina: The exception is the rule [smiles]. You must use your fundamental differences to your advantage. For example, Kim Kardashian’s big booty, Kate Upton’s curves, Angelina Jolie’s lips, they all use their differences in a positive way. Who am I? You decide.

STC: Thank you for this brief inside information and it goes without saying that we are looking forward having you round out our perfect 10 at our next Miami seminar/workshop. Any closing comments?
